Stoneforged -- The Gates Open
|
The Gates of Ahn'Qiraj came crashing down as a swarm of drones and Broodlords poured out into the world once more. The scarab wall's seal shattered once more....
The Stoneforged Galleries have been updated with scenes from this epic battle and the two new instances spawned by opening the gates.
Just for some side commentary; Blizzard did a great job coming up with a global event, but when their servers cannot handle the load and the zone/world is brought crashing down several times and even when its up its too laggy to even think of doing anything, there is a problem here.
This becomes a major concern because we all know there are several other world impacting events on the horizon. The Dark Portal has yet to be opened and its located in a zone with Stormwind, an area that generally has a decent chunk of lag to begin with thanks to the popularity of Westfall, Darkshire, and STV. Fingers crossed they can do something to fix this before the next event so that everyone can enjoy a great idea the way it was meant to be.
Trudge:"I don't get it...bunch of hubbub 'bout some stinkin' bugs?"
Nettles:"The marketing possibilities are endless! My cousin Nipso is already down in Silithus selling over-sized fly swatters, but the real market will be for my new batch of Bug-B-Gone spray!"
Trudge:"Ye got any Gnome-B-Gone?" |
